A huge congratulations to our buyers, Christa and Gardner. Quite possible the cutest couple ever?! They found Tom on Yelp on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday morning at 9am, we were out on the search together looking for their new home! We saw 10 houses before noon and they decided to make an offer!! We were in escrow by late Saturday afternoon! With the help of our rock star home inspector, Austin Chase, we got all the repairs done, checked off and closed for another smooth escrow! Another amazing team effort with JJ Mack and Cassandra Saenz to get this closed on time!
Christa and Gardner even came out to our booth at Pops in the Park at Glenn Hall to say hi and enjoy a few laughs! They are the best! We will be dropping off their thank you present, a framed picture that Gardner sent us from a recent trip of theirs to Playa Del Carmen. Coincidentally, the same resort as where my assistant, Meredith went on her honeymoon. Crazy!!
