There are not very many first times left in my life and in real estate for that matter...but thanks to my clients Terri and Anthony Ferrari (above) I am pleased to say there are still firsts left for me!  Terri contacted me while I was mid cocktail enjoying a little get away in Santa Cruz with my family.  Her and her husband were planning to move to Sacramento from Seattle and were having a terrible time communicating with  their agent and an even harder time getting an offer accepted.  While in Santa Cruz and enjoying a fun conversation with Terri we came up with a plan of attack.  Within a day I had her approved with the lender I work with and structured their loan and strategy in a way that was different from their previous counsel.  I was not in Sacramento and they were in Seattle, but they wanted to make an offer on a property...Some of you may be thinking this would be a problem, but we came up with a plan on the fly.   I called my assistant Jennifer (who is a licensed agent) and asked her to download Tango (an application that enables you to video chat) and to head out to the property  and show it to Terri and Anthony via "virtual tour".  Jenn was successfully able to make this happen and made Terri and Anthony comfortable to make an offer on the home which had already received multiple offers.  I spent a few hours strategizing with my lender JJ, Terri the buyer, and Jennifer my assistant before contacting the listing agent.  Fortunately we were able to utilize our reputation along with the qualification of the buyer to hedge ourselves into an accepted offer.  I have never met these two until today.  I had not been to the home until today.  They are seeing the home for the first time today.  This might be the best first time for all of us!!!  Congratulations to the Ferraris and I  look forward to closing soon!  If you are looking to sell, buy or relocate to Sacramento please think of Sacramento's Best Real Estate Broker and give us a call.
